At Mojotone, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
